Foxwoods Resort Casino has announced plans to cut about 700 more jobs over the next few weeks because of the weak economy.  The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, which employs nearly 11,000 workers at its casino, said Tuesday that the cuts will be in addition to 200 announced in June.
